everything in our control to minimize the spread of the virus.
LEVEL OF SERVICE
As we all deal with the challenge of Coronavirus (COVID-19) we want to assure
you that all of our dealers are taking proactive measures to ensure the safety
and wellbeing of their customers and staff. We are also willing to explore
alternative arrangements in order to assist our customers with low-or-no
contact alternatives for test drives, vehicle collections and vehicle servicing.
VISITING A DEALERSHIP
If you do visit a dealership please expect a wave and a friendly smile when you
arrive. In accordance with the latest guidance, our dealership staff will keep a
safe distance and refrain from handshakes. There are plenty of hand-washing and
sanitation stations available throughout our facilities.
We have installed plexiglass protective barriers on service and sales workstations.
Use of personal protection face masks will be required by employees and customers.
If customers are in need of a face mask, one will be provided (free of charge).
SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE
While your vehicle is in our care, our dealer staff will be following appropriate
safety and hygiene practices to help protect you and your loved ones.
Service technicians will properly sanitize and place proper coverings
throughout vehicle before and after service. Service advisors will disinfect
any customer touchpoints, wear and change gloves regularly, properly sanitize
hands and keys before and after reception and delivery of vehicles.
